Summer is here and this grape salad is the perfect side dish to take to those picnics and backyard bbq’s. Enjoy! Recipe is below: Grape Salad 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 c sour cream 1/3 c sugar 2 tsp vanilla 2 lbs seedless red grapes 2 lbs seedless green grapes 3 T brown sugar 1/4 c chopped pecans 3/4 c toffee bits Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold grapes and toffee bits into cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on the top just before serving.
